2024 Rules for Israel Day Celebration Israel Trip Draw
The Prize is a $3,500 Air Canada Travel Voucher.
- The $3,500 Air Canada Gift card maybe redeemed with Air Canada.
- In the event of a program cancellation, act of God or other unforeseen circumstances, Air Canada reserves the right to change the travel dates after having informed the winner.
- Personal expenses are not included in the prize.
- General conditions described on AirCanada.com at the time of booking apply, including in the event of cancellation for health or other reasons. No deferral is possible once the reservation is made (please refer to Air Canada website).
- The Jewish Unity Partnership is not responsible for any cancellations, lost luggage, and any other issues that may occur when dealing with Air Canada. Air Canada rules and regulations for the travel voucher/certificate are in full effect and the responsibility of Air Canada.
- The winner and his/her travel companion(s) are responsible for obtaining adequate valid necessary travel documents and travel insurance before departure and at their own expense.
- Conditions may change without notice.
- All entrants must be 18 years of age or older on May 14th, 2024.
- Entry forms can be found in the Suburban Newspaper or at www.israelcelebration.ca as of April 5, 2024.
- Entry forms must be completed by hand. Any entry forms that are typed, digitally reproduced, or completed by any form of automation will be considered null and void.
- Completed entry forms can be submitted at Place de Canada between 10:30am and 11:30am or between 12:00 and 12:30 in the available draw receptacles.
- The Prize Winner will be chosen during a blind draw held May 14th, 2024 at Place du Canada during the Celebration.
- The person whose entry form was drawn must be present in person to claim the prize within 2 minutes of their name being announced from the main stage. If the person whose entry form was drawn is not present to claim the prize within the allotted time after name is announced, another name will be chosen, and the prior entry will be null and void.
- Winner will have to present a valid piece of photo ID to claim their prize. If the Winner does not have valid ID, another winner may be chosen
- By entering this draw, you agree to allow the Jewish Unity Partnership to use your name and photograph for marketing purposes if you are the winner. The winner also agrees that the acceptance of the prize will be videotaped and agrees to be interviewed.
- Any employee, representative or mandatory member of the Jewish Unity Partnership executive, and the persons with whom they are domiciled may not enter the contest and are not eligible to win.
- Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Regie des Alcohols, des Courses et des Jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
